Based Wokingham, Berkshire Full Time Monday to FridaySalary: up to £46,000 depending on skills and experience Avia Technique is a leading UK aviation maintenance and repair centre, specialising in critical safety and survival equipment. We''re currently seeking a skilled Technical Team Leader to join our Wokingham facility, to lead a small team of skilled technicians responsible for the repairing, maintaining and inspection of Line Replacement Units (LRUs). This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled engineer with strong leadership capabilities who is passionate about developing people, driving operational excellence and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance. The RoleAs Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Eaton Pump Workshop, ensuring production targets, customer turnaround times and departmental KPIs are achieved whilst maintaining regulatory compliance and exceptional quality standards.
