This is a technical leadership position where you''ll remain close to architecture, engineering standards and delivery while helping shape team performance and technical direction.You''ll work across the full software lifecycle, collaborating closely with architecture, product and delivery teams to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions are delivered at pace. Expect a strong focus on engineering excellence, CI/CD, cloud technologies and continuous improvement.The PersonYou''ll bring experience leading high-performing software teams alongside a strong software engineering background in technologies such as C#, Java or similar. Experience building distributed or cloud-native applications, driving best practice and mentoring engineers will be key.Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD, event-driven architecture, microservices and modern engineering practices will set you apart.
