Isomorphic Labs (IsoLabs) was launched in 2021 to advance human health by building on and beyond the Nobel-winning AlphaFold system. Essential:Experience organizing and launching candidate searches and building initial candidate lists.Developed research strategies, conducted in-depth research, and guided hiring strategies with managers.Worked with technical stakeholders from AI to Engineering.Managed candidates through thorough interview processes, guiding them through progress.Built strong relationships with hiring teams; provided insights for cross-functional reporting.Problem-solver and solutions leader; data-driven with a proactive approach beyond the job description.Efficient at evolving and improving recruitment processes while maintaining high-quality candidate experience.Experience managing projects such as Employer Branding, Events/Conferences, Interview Training, and Reporting.Nice to have:Experience in a similar research/technical environmentProject management experienceExperience using GreenhouseExperience with G-suiteCulture and values
