Isomorphic Labs (IsoLabs) was launched in 2021 to advance human health by building on and beyond the Nobel-winning AlphaFold system. Our team of drug discovery experts and machine learning specialists has built predictive and generative AI models that accelerate scientific discovery at digital speed. We design novel molecules, anticipate drug performance, and develop medicines to treat and cure devastating diseases. We operate a world-leading drug design engine capable of working across multiple therapeutic areas and drug modalities, continually innovating in model architecture and capabilities to advance rational drug design. As a Technical Talent Partner at Isomorphic Labs, you will play a critical role in our mission to revolutionise drug discovery through AI. You will be a key driver in:Building world-class teams:

Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that attract top-tier talent across AI/ML research, drug design, engineering, and related areas, building high-performing teams.Shaping our future:

Act as an ambassador, creating positive candidate experiences and strengthing Isomorphic Labs as an employer of choice.What You Will DoPartner with leaders: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, advising on talent strategies that support growth goals.Source and engage top talent: Build pipelines for a variety of roles through proactive sourcing and engagement.Champion diversity and inclusion: Proactively source diverse candidates and shape equitable interview processes.Stay ahead of the curve: Keep current with recruitment trends in technical, engineering, and research fields.Embrace data-driven recruitment: Use data to inform strategies, track progress, and drive outcomes.Deliver exceptional candidate experience: Ensure a positive journey from application to offer.Master talent sourcing techniques: Use social media, industry resources, and events to attract high-caliber candidates.Collaborate effectively: Work with People Partners, Program Managers, and hiring teams on hiring decisions and onboarding.Lead and contribute to projects: Manage employer branding, events, interview training, and reporting projects.Skills and qualifications

Essential:Experience organizing and launching candidate searches and building initial candidate lists.Developed research strategies, conducted in-depth research, and guided hiring strategies with managers.Worked with technical stakeholders from AI to Engineering.Managed candidates through thorough interview processes, guiding them through progress.Built strong relationships with hiring teams; provided insights for cross-functional reporting.Problem-solver and solutions leader; data-driven with a proactive approach beyond the job description.Efficient at evolving and improving recruitment processes while maintaining high-quality candidate experience.Experience managing projects such as Employer Branding, Events/Conferences, Interview Training, and Reporting.Nice to have:Experience in a similar research/technical environmentProject management experienceExperience using GreenhouseExperience with G-suiteCulture and values
