It serves a diverse set of clients worldwide, focusing on strategic planning, market operations, and long-term financial growth.What you''ll doProvide L2/L3 support for complex production applications and investigate technical issues.Analyse logs, databases, interfaces, batch processes and system behaviour to identify root causes.Troubleshoot incidents across interconnected applications and support problem and change management activities.Trace data flows between applications, databases, APIs and downstream systems to resolve processing issues.Review existing code, SQL queries and scripts to understand application behaviour during investigations.Produce clear technical documentation, investigation findings and impact assessments while working closely with developers, infrastructure teams, vendors and business stakeholders.What you bringProven experience providing L2/L3 application support within a complex enterprise or financial ..... full job details .....
