Responsible and fully accountable for leading our enabling works from technical verification to order validation and realisation prior to order intake to our production facility both on time and within budget.Technical Surveyor Key Responsibilities:- Conducting on-site inspections to assess existing windows, doors, glazing, and structures or other building items as needed- Accurately measuring and recording data for new windows and doors, curtain wall or other building items as needed- Identifying site-specific issues and recording them on the survey for later analyse to ensure technical verification of the order- Ensuring compliance with building regulations, industry standards in line with the company procedures and contractual requirements- Producing drawings and schedules to ensure customer sign off prior to onward production and buying scheduling- Clearly communicating and recording all relevant events with customers, and team stakeholders ..... full job details .....
