This is a hands-on operational role focused on driving repairs performance, contractor delivery and resident satisfaction across the housing stock. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - REPAIRS Lead the day-to-day delivery of responsive repairs and damp & mould, ensuring jobs are diagnosed, scheduled and completed right first time. Manage contractor and supply chain performance against SLAs, KPIs and cost targets, holding regular performance reviews and driving continuous improvement. Own repairs performance reporting — first-time fix rates, appointment-keeping, completion times and resident satisfaction — and use it to identify and resolve service bottlenecks. Ensure repairs are delivered in line with health and safety, compliance and quality standards, including post-inspection and quality-audit checks on completed works.
