SF Technology is partnering with an innovative UK technology business looking to hire a Technical Support Specialist.

You''ll support an international customer base using a premium connected hardware product, resolving technical issues across hardware, connectivity, software and firmware.

What you''ll be doing
Troubleshooting technical and connectivity issues
Guiding customers through setup and software updates
Diagnosing hardware, software and network faults
Investigating returned products and resolving repairable issues
Managing support tickets and escalating complex faults to engineering
Supporting warranty claims, returns and replacement parts

What we''re looking for
Experience supporting hardware, IoT devices, consumer electronics or IT equipment
Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Clear and patient customer communication
Experience with ticketing or helpdesk platforms
A proactive and curious approach with strong ownership
Willingness to work predominantly onsite in Birmingham
