Technical Support Specialist - IT Infrastructure andamp; Field Support £170 per day inside IR35 12 Months Location: Hounslow - on site Hours: Shift based - Days - 09:00 - 17:30/Nights - 23:00-07:30 We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for business-critical IT systems and infrastructure. This is a varied, role combining IT support, hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, system deployments and customer engagement within a fast-paced operational environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the availability, reliability and performance of essential technology systems, providing both on-site and remote technical support, resolving incidents and supporting infrastructure upgrades and new technology deployments. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Engineer, Field Service Engineer or Infrastructure Support Specialist looking to develop their technical expertise within a dynamic, business-critical environment. Key Responsibilities Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across hardware, software, IT infrastructure and operational technology systems. Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents within agreed SLAs, escalating complex issues to specialist engineering teams.
