Technical Support Representative - Electrium Location: This is a hybrid role where you will be able to split your time between Hindley Green office. We''re looking for an Electrical Technical Support Representative to join our Electrical Products team in Hindley Green. This role is ideal for someone with an electrical engineering, manufacturing or industrial background who enjoys solving technical problems and helping customers identify the right electrical solutions. Working as part of a supportive team, you''ll develop expertise across our electrical product portfolio while building valuable technical, commercial and customer-facing experience. As a key point of contact for customers, you''ll provide technical product support, respond to enquiries and prepare quotations across our product portfolio. You''ll work closely with colleagues across the business, gaining exposure to both the technical and commercial aspects of the customer journey while developing your knowledge of electrical products and applications. Whether you already have experience in technical support, customer service or internal sales, or you''re looking to move into a more customer-focused role from an electrical, manufacturing or engineering environment, we''ll provide the support and training needed to help you succeed.
