Technical Support Officer - Housing, Property, Asset Management

The main purpose of the role will be to provide operational support to the technical team to allow them to facilitate operational procurements. Your day-to-day activities will include supporting the review of technical specification to ensure that they meet operational requirements; research to help the development of technical specifications; maintain core specification documentation; stakeholder engagement; the scrutinisation of tender submissions; quality check framework submissions and proposals; maintaining the benchmark pricing register; cost estimation; reporting; internal communications; tender scoring and evaluation; and keeping up to date with new sector developments and legislative updates. Must Have Previous operational and technical experience working within Social Housing or for a consultancy supplying the sector.Experience covering property asset management, technical services and specifications, property management, decent homes and/or property defects or ..... full job details .....
