Technical Support Officer (Compliance)

Technical Support (Compliance) - Harlow £116.97 per day PAYE (approx. £30,500.00 per annum). 3 days onsite increasing to 4 eventually Minimu 1 year contract Duties Include but Not Limited to - Provide business, technical and administrative support to the Compliance Team. Schedule appointments and assist in the delivery of statutory compliance programmes. Monitor compliance systems, alerts and shared inboxes, escalating issues where appropriate. Receive, log and coordinate enquiries from residents, contractors and colleagues. Maintain accurate compliance records, certificates and documentation. Support data cleansing, validation and data quality improvement projects. Gather, analyse and map information across multiple systems. The experience you will bring: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable working with large volumes of data and information. Quick to learn new systems and processes. A confident communicator with strong customer service skills. Able to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines. Proactive, adaptable and keen to learn. Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. A team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
