Are you an experienced pump professional with a commercial edge who wants to step into a senior technical management position with a growing market leader?

The company is an established mechanical engineering solutions provider, delivering fast and effective repair, refurbishment and service work to a wide range of industry sectors. This department focuses specifically on industrial pumps, covering both workshop and field service activity.

The role blends technical expertise with commercial responsibility. You will oversee daily workshop and field service operations, approve repair scopes, quotations and final reports, and act as the key link between customers, sales teams and technical staff. You will also support tenders and site surveys, and help identify new opportunities to grow revenue and improve margins.

Candidate Requirements:

*Proven pump repair or rotating equipment experience
*Team leadership skills with commercial awareness
*HNC/HND or OEM pump training desirable
