The TSL will lead a group of Delegated Authority handlers or assistants working on a range of claims including Employer''s Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL) and Civil Penalty Appeals. Driving technical excellence in a commercial manner across all files. This diverse role offers an excellent opportunity to train, mentor and develop others. The TSL will be key to driving innovative strategies and embedding KYO practices. The TSL will also carry their own caseload of complex claims including, but not limited to, data protection, Equality Act and Human Rights issues.
