Technical Support

Join our successful international client in the next phase of their UK expansion as Technical Support.

We are seeking a candidate with solid experience in a commercial environment, with excellent customer service skills and some experience of working within a technical environment such as construction, engineering or manufacturing.

As Technical Support, you will own and manage your own quotes, updating records and liaising with internal & external teams ensuring the client''s requirements are met.

Candidates will need to be within commutable distance to Burton-On-Trent - this role is fully on-site initially.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure all key information is obtained in order to offer a suitable solution for the client project.
• Ensure that the correct pricing standards are adopted for the appropriate client / project.
• Provide excellent customer service, being helpful, courteous, and professional at all times
• Ensure all opportunities for cross-selling are achieved.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of commercial estimating
• Experience within a technical sector such as construction, manufacturing or engineering.
• Numeracy and analytical thinking.
• Competent in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience of CAD systems or similar would be advantageous.
• Possess energy, drive, ambition.
• Positive work ethic and a keen attention to detail.

• Salary will be 27-31k (depending on experience).
