Technical Support Engineer (SaaS) - 12 Months- Staines £200- £215 UmbrellaA global technology company are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join their team on an initial 12 month assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving the most challenging issues and escalation for the customers and provide technical guidance in addressing their business needs.Responsibilities:Customer advocate providing support to users/ administratorsManage and resolve all issuesAssess, troubleshoot, resolve and provide root cause analysis for product issuesManage customers'' expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfactionMaintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and use expertise to help customersBecome a Subject Matter Expert in assigned areas of product functionality and utilise that expertise effectively to help customersCreate scripts to automate repetitive tasks or scripts to enable faster troubleshootingSuggest and implement improvements to internal processesSkills/ Experience:Degree in Computer Science (or related technical degree)2+ years experience in a similar roleStrong experience using Linux/ UnixDemonstrated ability to understand the problem statement and troubleshoot complex technical issuesA fundamental understanding of ITIL frameworkExperience diagnosing application performance related issuesHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all ..... full job details .....
