Mon-FriAbout the role:We are a leading regional IT Solutions Provider and Sage Accredited Business Partner based in Hull. We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our growing Technical Support team.The applicant must have experience working in a 1st line IT support role, have excellent customer service skills, be solution focused and be able to work to tight deadlines. The applicant will be required to travel so a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle insured for business use is required. A minimum of 1 years'' experience working within managed services support is desirable.The successful candidate will be involved in the day-to-day support of our client base at a 1st line level.
