The company also offer a market leading benefits package and annual bonus.Position overview:The Technical Support Engineer provides hands-on, field-based technical support across the Flex asset fleet. The role is focused on fault response, asset recovery, winter readiness, and returning assets to service during critical periods such as TRIAD and System Peak Days (SPDs). The role also covers facilities and infrastructure repairs, control of contracts and supporting the Technical Support Manager, coordinate and execute larger Capex projects. Working under the Technical Support Manager, the role acts as a "man-on-the-job" technical resource, directly supporting Operations teams in the North West and South West regions and across the wider fleet as required. You will work across various sites to ensure plant reliability, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations.
