Office based: Commutable from Stevenage, Hitchin, Luton, Harlow, Bedford, Dunstable, and surrounding areas

This company are a global manufacturer of critical power solutions for data centres, low voltage electrical solutions, and energy efficiency and monitoring products. This role is part of their ongoing growth plans to remain as the leader in existing and new markets.

On offer is a role with great training, where you will provide remote technical assistance to customer and UK sales teams, deliver technical training, troubleshooting, and more. The role will be office based with communication through telephone, email, and technical support tools.

This role would suit someone who has been educated to degree level or similar in electrical / electronic engineering, and has some experience within the low voltage electrical sector. Full manufacturer training will be provided.

The Role:
* Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
* Office based
* Providing remote technical support
* Liaising with customers and UK Sales Teams

The Person:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
* Any knowledge within the low voltage electrical industry
* Looking for excellent training
