Technical Support Engineer

We have been retained to engage an experienced, proactive and customer focused Technical Support Engineer. Your main responsibilities will include: Supporting the development, testing and continuous improvement of new and existing products. Contributing to research and development and new product development projects. Producing and maintaining engineering drawings, drawing packs and bills of materials. Working cross functionally with production, sales and other internal teams to ensure products are designed and manufactured effectively. Providing technical support to customers Working directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions. Applying design for manufacture principles to optimise product quality, performance and manufacturability. Preparing technical information, reports and supporting documentation. You will ideally hold a minimum of a HND in engineering or a related discipline, with previous experience in a product or manufacturing environment.
