You don''t need to be an industry expert on day one. We are looking for a sharp, IT literate and technically minded individual who loves learning how systems work. Our client will fully fund your external certifications and provide comprehensive internal training to turn your technical talent into expert product knowledge. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver clear, practical technical and system support via phone, email and ticket systems from the office location.Manage, log and prioritise customer requests through to resolution within CRM/ticketing platform.Lead classroom and virtual (MS Teams) product training sessions.Create support collateral including FAQs, datasheets, user manuals and video tutorials.Technically evaluate potential new products/systems and provide feedback to commercial teams.Assist Sales with technical system calculations and pre-sales technical guidance.
