Our client is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality manufactured products from concept through to production - ensuring client specifications are met on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Responsibilities

Preparing tool drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) and calculation methods for CNC cutting and press knives.Interpreting and creating detailed technical drawings.Providing hands-on support to contractors and customers on-site as needed.Supporting the Technical Supervisor with day-to-day operations, including responding to customer technical enquiries of varying complexity.Leading research and development of innovative new products, including reverse engineering, testing, product trials, and chairing development meetings.Qualifications

A degree (or equivalent) in Engineering.Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate technical specifications.A proactive approach with the confidence to support clients both in-house and on-site.What’s on offer
