Technical Support Engineer (Aftersales)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an electro-mechanical background and experience supporting heat pumps systems who enjoys fault finding, technical problem solving and supporting engineers, installers, and customers. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support, ensuring equipment performance, supporting commissioning activities and contributing to ongoing product and service improvements.As Technical Support Engineer, you''ll provide remote technical assistance to customers and field service engineers, supporting installation, commissioning, servicing, and fault resolution across a range of heat pumps as well as heating, cooling and air handling equipment.
