This team is focused on delivering advanced surveillance and analytics technologies used across a wide range of industries worldwide. Overview: Reporting to a Technical Support Team Lead or Manager, you will be responsible for resolving and escalating customer issues efficiently. This role requires a strong customer-focused mindset, a structured approach to troubleshooting, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company software and hardware products, with a focus on video surveillance systems Troubleshoot technical issues across hardware, software, and network systems via phone, email, chat, and remote access Accurately document cases, including technical diagnostics and resolutions, within a case management system Deliver a high standard of customer service across all support channels Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, including incoming support requests and ongoing cases Collaborate with regional and global support teams to ensure effective issue resolution Participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours and weekend support when required Continuously update technical knowledge in line with evolving products and technologies Key Requirements Strong ..... full job details .....
