Technical Support Coordinator - Critical Commercial Portfolio (London)We''re hiring a Technical Support Coordinator to act as the central coordination point for engineering operations across a multi-site London portfolio.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role, you''ll be the glue between engineering teams, building managers, and clients, keeping schedules, compliance, and remedial works on track across multiple buildings.Package: 50,000Bonus + PensionMon-Fri (core hours, occasional flex for coverage needs)What you''ll be doing:Planning and managing daily schedules/rotas for shift and day engineers across multiple buildingsAllocating resources, managing leave/absence, and maintaining minimum staffing levelsMonitoring work orders and reactive maintenance to keep everything within SLAActing as the main liaison between engineers, building managers, and clientsTracking remedial works from quote through to completion, liaising with contractorsEnsuring compliance documentation, permits, and statutory inspections are up to dateReporting on SLA compliance, KPIs, and resource utilisationWhat you''ll need:Experience in a technical support, coordination, or admin role within FM or building servicesStrong scheduling/resource management skills across multiple prioritiesSolid understanding of building engineering systems and maintenance operationsConfident with Excel, Word, Outlook, and CMMS platformsGood grasp of health and safety compliance in building operationsExperience across multi-site ..... full job details .....
