You''ll provide clear, accurate information to customers and colleagues, tackling technical queries and working to tight deadlines on project re-quotes and revalidations. Your responsibilities will include reviewing costs against budgets, supporting more complex projects as needed, and monitoring data entry into SAP and other company systems. You''ll also help the team maintain compliance with regulatory standards, minimise complaints, and achieve financial, safety, and quality targets.
