The main duties of this role will be: Working within a team of 6 agentsManaging workflowMonitoring tickets to ensure all have been responded to in a timely and professional mannerEnsuring go-lives go smoothlyHelping and supporting customer with any technical support questionsAssisting with any billing/complaint queries Experience Required: Experience working on telecoms systems including Yeastar, Gamma Horizon and Webbex Hosted platformsKnowledge around connectivityExperience in a customer support based role.
