You will benefit from excellent leadership and joining at a time of momentum after a new client win.This Technical Supervisor role in East London will be starting a salary of £55,000.Responsibilities

Supervising and supporting a team of foot mobile engineers across multiple sites in East LondonCoordinating PPM and reactive maintenance schedulesEnsuring compliance, quality standards, and client satisfactionManaging CAFM system updates and reporting (JobLogic)Raising PO numbers and overseeing job completionAssisting on engineering escalations and being on hand to deliver first class engineering servicesAll sites under your responsibility for this client are based in central or East London.Qualifications

Electrical or Mechanical qualifications (fully qualified) and ideally multi skilled (Level 3, 18th edition, NVQ/City and Guilds)Experience of working as a supervisor for a service provider previously on corporate contracts (office buildings)A strong understanding of building compliance, PPM management and health and safetyA great attitude to work, a team player with strong client facing skillsThis is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected company as they establish a new maintenance division.
