Technical Supervisor (Responsive Repairs)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor to oversee repairs and maintenance delivery across one of the following workstreams:Responsive RepairsDamp andamp; MouldVoidsPlanned andamp; Complex RepairsYou will be responsible for supervising a team of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring repairs are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to a high standard. The role acts as a key link between residents, contractors, planning teams, customer services, and management.This is an excellent opportunity for a trades-qualified professional with supervisory experience within social housing, property maintenance, or repairs environments.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise operatives and subcontractors across repairs and maintenance activities.Plan and coordinate daily workloads to ensure service targets are achieved.Undertake pre-inspections, work-in-progress inspections, and post-inspections.Monitor repair quality, productivity, and compliance with KPIs and service standards.Provide technical support and guidance to operatives and wider teams.Manage contractor performance against agreed service levels.Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.Monitor budgets, labour utilisation, materials, vehicles, tools, and equipment to achieve value for money.Produce performance reports and identify opportunities for service improvements.Support training, performance management, and development of operatives and trainees.Build positive relationships with residents ..... full job details .....
