Technical Supervisor (Legal Disrepair)

Adecco are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a property and facilities services group who work in connection with a Local Authority for an experienced Technical Supervisor to join their team based at The Cube in Dagenham.Location: Dagenham Contract: Full-Time, 6-Month Fixed Term Contract Salary: 44,184 per annumThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled repairs and maintenance professional to play a key role in managing the legal disrepair process from initial report through to completion and final invoicing. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality repairs services, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, organisational policies, health and safety requirements, and performance standards.The RoleWorking closely with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders, you will be responsible for managing legal disrepair cases while supervising both directly employed trades operatives and specialist subcontractors.Key responsibilities include:Managing legal disrepair cases from first report through to completion and invoicing.Liaising with scheduling teams and subcontractors to ensure jobs are accurately allocated, completed on time and correctly invoiced.Carrying out pre and post inspections to ensure work is completed to a high standard.Supporting the Service Delivery Manager to drive service excellence and identify process improvements.Producing reports, management information and performance data to support operational and budgetary decisions.Monitoring ..... full job details .....
