Technical Supervisor Key Duties: Support the preparation of monthly engineering performance reports. Drive compliance with agreed SLA and KPI targets. Operate facility systems safely, efficiently and effectively. Oversee MEP assets and building systems in line with statutory requirements. Monitor CAFM performance and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timescales. Escalate critical equipment issues with clear recommendations for resolution. Conduct health & safety inspections, site audits and logbook reviews. Manage critical incidents, near-miss reporting and post-incident reviews.
