Technical Supervisor

We are recruiting a Technical Supervisor, to be responsible for a team of foot mobile engineers for a new division in a well established organisation. This Technical Supervisor role in East London will be starting a salary of  £55,000.

Within the Foot Mobile Technical Supervisor role you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and supporting a team of foot mobile engineers across multiple sites in East London

• Coordinating PPM and reactive maintenance schedules

• Ensuring compliance, quality standards, and client satisfaction

• Managing CAFM system updates and reporting (JobLogic)

• Raising PO numbers and overseeing job completion

• Assisting on engineering escalations and being on hand to deliver first class engineering services

All sites under your responsibility for this client are based in central or East London. 

For this mobile maintenance supervisor role we are looking for:

• Electrical or Mechanical qualifications (fully qualified) and ideally multi skilled (Level 3, 18th edition, NVQ/City and Guilds)
• Experience of working as a supervisor for a service provider previously on corporate contracts (office buildings)
• A strong understanding of building compliance, PPM management and health and safety
• A great attitude to work, a team player with strong client facing skills
