Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking a hands-on Technical Supervisor to support our injection moulding operation and ensure tooling is maintained, organised, and production-ready. What you''ll be doing: Supervising and maintaining production tooling to ensure quality and reliability. Carrying out minor tooling repairs and coordinating larger repairs with technical engineers. Managing tooling records, locations, shot counts, and die store organisation. Supporting production teams with tooling, machine operation, and tool-setting training. Conducting tooling inspections, first-run checks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with Production, Planning, and Technical teams to ensure smooth operations. What we''re looking for: Previous experience with tooling processes and machine operation. Good understanding of health & safety and manufacturing best practices.
