Job Title: Technical Supervisor - Reading Join the Global Leader in Facilities and Corporate Real Estate Management About the Role: As a Technical Supervisor, you will be the site point of contact for all technical service delivery, responsible for managing a team of technicians, and ensuring the effective execution of all maintenance work. You will be the driving force behind maximizing self-performed work, managing specialist subcontractors, and identifying business opportunities for increased scope and additional services. Key Responsibilities: Deliver technical services that meet or exceed client expectations, while ensuring compliance with legislative, client, and CBRE health, safety, and environmental programsManage a team of technicians to deliver technical services, with a focus on maximizing self-performed workManage specialist subcontractors to ensure work is carried out in compliance with regulatory requirementsDrive continuous improvement in technical service delivery, identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savingsManage allocated budgets in line with service lines, against the contract modelProvide solutions and associated quotations for small project worksIdentify potential business opportunities for increased scope and additional servicesCarry out maintenance and repair activities as requiredManage technical service delivery on siteRequirements: 2+ years of experience in a technical supervisory role, preferably in a facilities management ..... full job details .....
