Unlike established projects with predefined workplans, the focus at this stage is on listening, relationship-building, scoping and co-design. You will work directly with partner organisations in Norway and Greenland to understand local priorities, capacity needs, barriers and aspirations, and to help translate these insights into early programme strategies, pilot activities and locally-led pathways for action. You will play a key role in developing and supporting partnerships with Indigenous-led and locally led organisations working on the stewardship of Arctic marine and coastal ecosystems.
