This is a varied, hands-onrole combining technical support, project coordination, productdevelopment involvement, and customer training. The Role As Technical Specialist, you will be the go-to expert fortechnical enquiries, supporting both business and consumercustomers while helping ensure projects are deliveredsuccessfully and to high technical standards. You will workclosely with internal teams and customers to provide guidance,resolve issues, and support the development of innovativeproducts and solutions. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for technical enquiries, providingsupport to both business and consumer customers. Deliver technical support, guidance and training acrosscustomer projects, product implementation and system solutions. Support product development and innovation by identifyingopportunities through customer feedback, market trends andtechnical insight. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Support andProduct teams to ensure successful project delivery and customersatisfaction.
