Technical Solutions Engineer We are currently recruiting for a Technical Solutions Engineer to join a leading UK manufacturing and contract packaging business supplying solutions to major blue-chip brands, FMCG manufacturers and some of the UK''s largest retailers. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving problems, developing new ideas and improving machinery and manufacturing processes. The position is much more varied than a traditional maintenance role. You will be involved across RandD, NPD, engineering projects, machinery optimisation, automation, packaging development, trials and continuous improvement, giving you the opportunity to make a genuine impact across the operation. The salary ranges from £30,000 to £55,000, depending on experience, meaning the business is open to considering both developing engineers and highly experienced candidates. The Role As Technical Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with engineering, production, operations and commercial teams to develop and implement practical engineering solutions.
