Technical Solution Architect/Network Design Architect

Our Telecoms client is looking for a Solution Architect/Network Design Architect that will be responsible for technical design and implementation SD-WAN services to the DCC.This is a contract role initially for 6 months with good possibility of extension.The rate is £300 per day outside IR35.This role can be either based in London or Manchester with Travel approx. Once a week, depending on customer requirements.Please note that candidate needs to either hold SC clearance or be eligible for one.Required skills and experience:* Leadership of customer solution integration is essential.* Palo Alto deployment experience (SD-WAN)* Experience in the utility sector is preferable* Customer engagement and interaction skills* Ability to generate quality documentation* Excellent knowledge of delivering network designs, IP-VPN, Cloud connectivity (Azure/AWS).* Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP and routing * Good to general understanding of SD-WAN technologies ideally Fortinet* Knowledge of Equinix services eg Equinix Fabric.Deliverables: * Responsible for the technical design and implementation SD-WAN services to the DCC * Manage/support/technical authority for customer circuit order forms to enable clean ordering process for VF* Engage and participate in the full life cycle of orders, supporting project manager* Technical lead and participate in the delivery of circuits and SD-WAN services. * Troubleshoot and remediate network connectivity during testing across environments* Collaborate ..... full job details .....
