The Role As a Technical Skills Coach, you''ll manage a caseload of Plumbing and Gas apprentices, supporting them both in the workplace and remotely. You''ll work closely with employers to ensure apprentices remain on track, monitoring progress, delivering reviews and providing coaching that develops their skills, knowledge and behaviours. The role includes: Managing a caseload of Plumbing and Gas apprentices from enrolment through to Gateway and End Point Assessment.
