In this contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across various teams.The Role As the Technical/Shutdown Administrator, you ll:• Manage planning and administrative functions for the Shutdown Team.• Coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and urgent works across multiple sites.• Issue permits and arrange contractor access and attendance.• Liaise daily with engineering teams to ensure operational requirements are met.• Capture meeting minutes and authorise engineers during meetings.You To be successful in the role of Technical/Shutdown Administrator, you ll bring:• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.• Strong call handling experience.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.• An ability to work within guidelines and company processes.• Educational qualifications equivalent to GCSE standard with at least 5 Grade C passes or an NVQ in a relevant field.What''s in it for you?
