Technical Services Manager
An exciting opportunity for a Technical Services Manager responsible for overseeing the delivery of technical services for Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) in Warwickshire. This role focuses on managing on-site technical operations, ensuring the reliable execution of PPM, Remedial, Reactive, Quoted Works and Projects.To lead the technical delivery, maintenance, and strategic resilience of critical infrastructure assets. You will ensure 100% availability of systems essential to national security and public safety while managing a multidisciplinary team of engineers and specialized contractorsKey ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight: Manage day-to-day technical operations, including the installation, maintenance, and testing of CNI Infrastructure. Oversee SCADA, PLC, and industrial control systems (ICS), and ensure all statutory inspections and compliance requirements are met.Team Management: Mentor and train a team of engineers and technicians. Maintain the Training Matrix to ensure staff competency, safety protocol adherence, and compliance with site regulations.Service Reliability and Planning: Partner with scheduling and planning teams to manage workforce allocation and align delivery with obligations.
