Technical Services Manager

THE ROLE:As a Technical Services Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient and sustainable operation of a prestigious mixed-use estate. You will lead the delivery and continuity of critical building services, working closely with occupiers, service partners and internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for delivering technical solutions that support the long-term performance of the asset. You will have the opportunity to influence major building improvements, sustainability and capital improvement initiatives, whilst taking ownership of compliance and data reporting. This is a highly visible role where you will build strong relationships, lead continuous improvement and make a lasting impact on the experience of everyone who uses the estate.
