Technical Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced and compliance-driven Technical Services Manager specialising in Fire Doors to oversee statutory compliance across a portfolio of contracts in Central Scotland. PackageSalary of 48,000 to 52,000 per annum depending on experienceHybrid roleCompany car provided for travel across sitesPermanent contract of 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm 24 days of annual leave plus 9 public holidaysComprehensive pension scheme and life coverDutiesAct as the central focal point for fire door statutory compliance to eliminate risks and performance penaltiesManage and mentor the mobile inspection team including daily scheduling and performance reviewsMaintain and oversee digital recording systems to ensure all data is accurateEnsure exceptional quality control and safety standards across self-delivered and subcontracted worksCompile and present detailed compliance and progress reports for senior operational directorsQualificationsCompleted a relevant trade apprenticeship in joinery or constructionNVQ Level 3 in Joinery Valid health and safety qualification such as SMSTS or IOSHFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Central BeltAbility to pass and maintain a Disclosure Scotland PVG clearance to work in secure environmentsInterested?
