Randstad CandP are currently recruiting for a Technical Services Manager in Fife on behalf of a leading FM provider. This a full-time an permanent opportunity.The Package:Competitive salary between 51,000 - 55,000 per annumFull-time and permanent opportunityMonday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekFlexible start and finishing timesAP allowanceGenerous company pension 33 days annual holidays including bank holidays Oncall and overtime paymentsDuties:Direct day-to-day HV/LV electrical maintenance and manage contract SLAs/KPIs, using the CAFM system to maintain asset registers and minimise downtime on critical infrastructure.Enforce Safe Systems of Work, the Permit to Work scheme, and CDM 2015 regulations while managing statutory risk assessments, audits, and site health and safety standards.Oversee external sub-contractors and supply chain procurement, managing RAMS, purchase orders, performance reviews, and additional lifecycle maintenance works.Manage Authorised Person (AP) and Competent Person (CP) duty appointments, ensuring technical registers and team training matrices are fully compliant.Act as the lead point of contact for NHS Fife staff and client stakeholders, overseeing contract budgets, monthly reporting, and participating in the On-Call Manager rota.Lead the site electrical team through day-to-day line management, handling performance reviews, workforce planning with the Service Desk, and updating local operating procedures.
