This is a varied, hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent contractor management skills. The successful candidate will manage sub-contractors, oversee M&E aspects on site, support the mobilisation and commissioning of building systems, and ensure the site operates safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Experience in the TSM role is highly desirable. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities and communicates effectively with everyone on site.
