Technical Services Manager

We are recruiting for a Technical Services Manager for a permanent position (contract would be considered) for an immediate start in Kent.

Our client is an established investment company that specialises in acquisition, refurbishment and repurposed of heritage and listed buildings into commercial viable enterprises for Air BNB, Wedding venues, Offices, and Country Hotels.

We currently have a 3 developments currently running in Kent, with a large portfolio of new developments pending start dates.

Applicants will need to have hands on experience as a TSM in MEPH systems, Wi-Fi- air source heat pumps, ideally with a background covering holiday lets hotels, and wedding/events venues. Applicants that can advise us on what''s legally required in terms of building regs, compliance, certification etc, as well as get stuck into the practical side.

This is a permanent position paying -65k - -75k depending on experience, qualifications and previous experience.

All current developments are within Kent and may require some travel between projects to over see installation, meet with architects, meet with sub contracts design teams and review meetings to check installation will be future proofed to high specification and standards.
