Job Role: Technical Services Manager Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + £8,000-£9,000 Car Allowance Building Services Location: Leeds We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join an established and growing building services business. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical professional with a strong MandE / building services engineering and design background to take a lead role in the technical delivery and coordination of projects from inception through to completion. You will act as the key technical point of contact, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to the required technical, contractual, regulatory and quality standards. The Role As Technical Services Manager, you will take ownership of the technical design programme and play a key role in ensuring the successful coordination and delivery of mechanical and electrical building services. Key responsibilities will include: Lead the delivery and coordination of technical design programmes. Manage design deliverables including technical specifications, CAD/BIM outputs, BREEAM documentation, Part L reports and TM59 calculations. Provide technical direction and develop engineering solutions that meet design, sustainability and compliance requirements. Review and approve RFIs and technical submittals.
