This position would suit an electrical building services professional who enjoys influencing projects early, improving design quality, supporting bid teams and ensuring technical certainty before work reaches site. Working alongside commercial, design and preconstruction teams, you will play a pivotal role in securing and de-risking projects across a diverse portfolio of commercial developments. Key Responsibilities Lead the electrical technical development of MEP packages during preconstruction. Review electrical designs, specifications and employer''s requirements. Assess LV infrastructure, power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting and specialist systems. Review fire alarms, security, access control, data and life-safety systems.
