Freelance Technical Services Manager required for Main Contractor

Value of work - circa -600k.

Scope - On floors-( 6 floors ) - FCU refurbishment, control valve, IV, hoses, condensate etc, crosstalk attenuators, installation of PICV valves at main branches, air and water testing of modified LTHW and chilled water pipework, BMS upgrades. Returning floor to clean operational state at end of shift.-

Scope - back of house - plantrooms - AHU refurb , roof chiller compressor change, pumps change, replacement of central domestic HWS plant, replacement of boiler modules,-

Working pattern - Weekdays 7pm to 2am - 3 nights, Weekend - during day.-

The role would be to plan, organise and ensure the shifts deliver what is planned. Organise labour resource, CDM, materials consolidation, ensure FCU pipework modifications, testing, FCU maintenance works,-

Essentially, We are looking for an experienced on the ground MEP manager who can ensure the work are kept on track. The candidate would work direct for the MEP sub-contractor who is aware to this appointment.
