Technical Services Manager (Fabric) Salary: £58,426.52 per annum + Car AllowanceHours: 37.5 hours per weekLocation: Birmingham Bonus: Potential bonus availableOn Call: Case-by-case basisDBS: Basic DBS requiredDriving Licence: Required About the Role We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management company for an experienced Technical Services Manager (Fabric) to join their team based in Birmingham working on a Healthcare Contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fabric or building services professional who has a strong technical background and the ability to manage and oversee fabric-related maintenance services. The role is focused on experience, technical knowledge and management ability, rather than specific qualifications. You will need a strong understanding of building fabric and maintenance and be confident managing contractors, engineers and client requirements. A full UK driving licence is required due to the on-call requirements of the position.
