Freelance Technical Services Manager - CAT B Fit Out, Zone 1

We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee a full CAT B commercial fit out project in Central London (Zone 1).

Responsibilities:

• Manage all M&E aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with programme, budget, and quality standards.
• Oversee subcontractors and coordinate technical services with the wider site team.
• Review drawings, technical submissions, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with the client, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve any technical queries.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained across all services-related activities.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Technical Services Manager within CAT B commercial fit out projects.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems, design, and installation processes.
• Ability to work effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to commit for the full project duration.

Start date: Immediate / short notice availability preferred.
